It’s only a few weeks until we break up for Christmas. So, if you want to get into the Christmas spirit, we thought we’d share some great Christmas films that are available on some of the streaming services you might have access to.
Home Alone
Home Alone is a classic Christmas movie available on Disney+ and great for all ages. It’s got lots of trials and tribulations with slapstick humour and a fun presentation of NYC at Christmas time.
Nativity!
If you haven’t seen Nativity! yet, this should definitely be on your list for this year. Not only will it open you up to some more iconic Christmas songs to sing along to, but it’s also just a really sweet feel-good film. You can find it on Netflix and on Prime Video.
It’s a Wonderful Life
As it’s an older film, It’s a Wonderful Life may not be one you’ve seen. However, it’s a lovely film with lots of ups and downs that leaves you with a great Christmas spirit. Find it on Prime Video.
The Nightmare Before Christmas
If you’re not quite ready to let go of Halloween, this Tim Burton classic is perfect for you. It’s available on Disney+ and has a great balance of spookiness and Christmas joy.
Klaus
This Netflix Christmas film explores their protagonist’s origin story with a friendly twist on some of the tales you might have heard before.
