"Wensleydale School and Sixth Form may not be the largest of schools, but we do have the strongest sense of community spirit."
Charles Barnett, Assistant Principal

From the first day of Year 7 to the final day in Year 11, students get many opportunities.

These not only broaden their own experiences and interests, but also unite people and create a caring and supportive environment where students can excel.

Our sports teams, for example, are regularly victorious at local tournaments and our debating squad has recently been to the prestigious Eton College to compete against some of the top schools in the country.

In addition, student voice is strong at Wensleydale. Our student council plays a vital role in determining what life as a student is like here, and through our comprehensive peer-mentoring programmes and clubs our young people realise their importance in our community.
